FAQs
Can you come on short notice?
Often, yes. Same-day or next-day travel depends on flight availability and safety.
Will you accompany us on a trip?
Yes, if clinically and logistically appropriate. We create a comfort, medication, and accessibility checklist with you.
Can you help if death occurs while traveling?
Absolutely—support includes contacting local authorities, coordinating with a mortuary partner, and arranging repatriation.
Do you work with our hospice?
Yes. We complement—not replace—medical care, and coordinate with your team.
What about insurance?
We can advise on preneed/repatriation options and viatical settlement education; we are not financial planners and do not sell travel insurance.
