• Practical Logistics: Travel-day planning, packing dignity kits, medication and comfort-item checklists, mobility/accessibility coordination.
• After-Death Care Planning: Body care wishes, ceremony design, coordination with funeral home/mortuary, keepsake creation.
• Repatriation & Bereavement Travel: Guidance on transport of remains/ashes, documentation, airline policies, itinerary support.
• Documentation & Planning: Advance directives, POLST review, HIPAA releases, obituary drafts, legacy letters; mobile notary services when applicable.
• Insurance Navigation (as licensed): Preneed options, repatriation/transport coverage, viatical settlement education and screening.
